Actually, it wasn't that cold.
I didn't even wore my jacket that day >.<
After we arrived at the station, we looked for Divercity.
We came up to this wide space and were kinda lost. I looked at the map located near the exit but was also confused on the direction
(I can read Hiragana, but I always did badly in Katagana...)
In the end, we realized that Divercity was just in front of us, just that the building name was covered by a construction site.
Our first Detour
The Hello Kitty shop!
Edris and I were completely attracted by it that we threw the idea of looking for the 1:1 Gundam Statue temporally and literally flew in.
I am a fan of Hello Kitty since young, but I had preferred a darker tone of colour combination as I grew older so not everything HK can attract me now.
Still, light pink HKs can make my day XD
Even their shopping bags are so ADORABLE!
Brought myself a bag(my bag was getting too small so...:P) with a few souvenirs and shared the assorted-flavors Kitty-Yaki with Edris.
It was a bit soggy because we only ate it after going back to the hostel (which was pretty much the end of the day...)
Ok, so at the entrance of Divercity, I saw this poster on Gundam exhibition. With my level of Japanese, I actually just looked at the picture and told Edris that the statue is "at the 9th level" OTL
She didn't really blindly followed me though, she thought I just wanted to go for the exhibition LOL
So when we went up, I was looking for the entrance for the statue and boy, did I feel so dumb. Now that I think about it, maybe I should had gone in. I probably would had been able to find the movable Haro that I've been wanting to buy so badly >.<
Anyways, it was at the other exit/entrance of the DiverCity. If I remember correctly, we passed through a food court.
"Look at the little people."
They had this shop beside the Gundam model.
I went high when I saw all the Haro merchandise inside, too bad it wasn't pink >.<
In the end, I got myself a Flower-Gundam(Day) Post Card and a Green Haro Long Towel
The Gundam Cafe just beside the statue.
Ok, this would be a "Mini" cafe as compared to the Akihabara bunch,
since it only sold snacks...and lots of Gundam merchandise! *0*
Love how they decorated the store like the inside of the Mother Ship (Gundam-deploy space shuttles)
Love it even more because I could understand them OTL
Reminds me of Gundam Seed~~
In case you can't see: "ARMOR LOCK check before and after flight"
"Critical bolt torque. See maintenance manual"
IKR?! HOW COOL IS THAT?!
My Haro Coco and Edris' Gundam latte.
Well, we exchanged it cos Edris just brought the latte for the sake of the art. She actually can't take caffeine LOL
I have to say, I have no idea what kind of choco powder they used for the hot coco but that Haro Coco is DELICIOUS!
Haro Pun - Edris said it was not as good as Singapore's Bao
but...well, it IS Haro. Therefore all arguments are invalid LOL!
The Gundam model displays
Honestly, my photographic skills just doesn't do them Justice (Ha! A Pun! Ok..not really)
The display glass just reflects too much :(
Yes, I know I am short.
But omg, LOOK AT THE WINGS!!
If only we were not going to the Onsen straight after that, if not I guess we would be washing the paper cups and bringing it home. #thethingswecollect
While waiting for the shuttle bus to Oedo-Onsen
The sign board for the shuttle bus is located near the pathway towards Divercity.
They also indicated the timing for the bus so that you can plan your trip more efficiently :)
The entrance~
They even have an Onsen for dogs! So cute~!
So~ I took the pictures of the place from Google :P
The interior
They have a lot of stalls with games and souvenirs.
It is like having a Natsu Matsuri (Summer Festival), all year round. LOL

The bath (Indoor).
A lot awkward and embarrassing moments as we have little to no idea the procedures (even though they did state it in English LOL)
The most awkward part is baring our skin. However, after a while, we stopped hiding ourselves behind the pathetically small towel and just walk around the public bath.

The outdoor bath.
It wasn't really that cold outside so it was truly relaxing while soaking in the Onsen.
If you read my post on Taiwan's hotsprings, you would know that I am a extreme lover of bathing in hot water (Having to bath in 40degrees even in a country as hot as Singapore)
I went straight to a 40degree tub after washing myself. Much to Edris' horror. LOL

As much as I love to soak, my body just doesn't allow me to do that for a long time. After a while, my whole face was freakishly red and I was feeling a bit giddy. I really wanted to stay there longer but I guess my body was having a strike OTL

We walked around the themepark, eating shaved ice and playing games.
I saw this and was really interested. I asked the stall keeper how to play the game and he was more than willing to sacrifice a net made out of paper to show me.
So, apparently I am to try getting as much rubber balls from the water till the net give way. The number of balls caught can be exchanged for certain prizes.
Clumsily I played and the net quickly broke. I gave up, returning the net back but much to my surprise, he actually helped me fish out more of the rubber balls.
(omg thankyou! >//<)
Still, the pathetic number I've caught only allowed me to get the smallest prized OTL
He let me chose a rubber ball and in turn, gave me a smaller one for "Gift"
I was damn touched (wipes away tear)
I forgot what this was called but we brought quite a number to bring back to the hostel.
It has this marble inside and after you drop it down, only then you can drink the soda.
It is hard to explain how to drink it actually.
But, one thing to note, if ever you want to drink this, be VERY sure that it had not fell on the ground before. You seen those soda cans that "explodes" when you open the tab? Same thing happened to me when I pushed the marble down.
Be smart, and open the whole cap. I think you can even get the marble that way!
My loots from DiverCity
I went a little crazy on the Kit Kat >.<
I think that was the first time I actually spammed on Gatchas. (All One Piece btw :P)
The Kit Kat flavors ~
There were 1 or 2 more but they have rum in it, so I decided not to buy >.<
They did provide rooms as well if you decided to stay there for a night.
In the Themepark, they go by the "bar code" payment. So basically you were given a waist band with a bar code and if you wanted to buy something inside, you just need to scan your code, thus you do not need to carry your wallet around. This however, might cause people to over-spend their budget OTL
