Bulba-Evolution Shoot

Alrighty. For today's post, it will be about this Pokemon shoot we had a long long time ago - which was really far back (early this year) that I forgot when was it taken OTL.
I had my shoot before I sold my costume and I had to say I was rather satisfied of my "history" of the cos, because I at least wore it quite a number of times. Worth the amount spent, if I put it that way XD

I really like this pic
-The Grass Family-

Now, introducing the first generation basic grass Pokemon - Bulbasaur (Me), it's second evolution Ivysaur (VioletYuki) and final evolution Venasaur (Miyako). This was the cos that I did during EOY . I didn't mention it before,  but you would probably had known that we arrange the characters according by our size/height. Which means no matter what, I'll always be the youngest. OTL
We planned to have a shoot long after EOY, but we did not know many photographers to have a shoot.  So, I had asked Paul after planning for this shoot we initially wanted to shoot. In the end, this certain planned shoot was pushed so far back that I really don't know when would we ever finish doing our shoot ;A; (Sorry Paul! I promise to get better soon for the shoot! >.< Gomen!)

-Curiosity-
I looked like I could really blend into bush XD

-Growing up-
I like the composition of this photo! XD

We were deciding where to shoot when VioletYuki and Miyako were (highly) recommending on the Pasir Ris Park. So, in the end we used it and had went to VioletYuki's house for preparation for the shoot. It was just a walking distance too!

-Omake-
According to Paul, we took more Omake shots than the "posed" ones
Which means to say, we really had fun during the shoot!

-Captive-
This was originally suggested to recreate that certain scene in anime, where Ash's Bulbasaur was held captive by the rest of the Bulbasaur "Tribe" to evolve, like it's suppose to, to Ivysaur in front of the great Mother (or was it Father?) the Venasaur.
Hence, the Kaze Bunshi of Ivysaurs that Paul had so painstakingly PS-ed.
Which turned out to be a rather interesting picture, in my opinion. XD

Now, I am just happy to say that this was one of my most satisfied costume (although the colour had been off) and had finally retired from it - having sold it already.  It was really fun doing the Pokemon shoot with my usual team and we had already planned the next Evolution to be done on EOY. (Hint - Fire XD ) I am excited on how it would turn out!
