Impulse Photoshoot for Lookalike Contest

Hey girls! I know this post is a bit very late but, do you all know there is this Lookalike Contest organised by Shibuya Gals going on? 

The contestants are suppose to recreate any of Tsubasa Masuwaka (DollyWink's producer) 's looks on any of the eyelash series in order to stand a chance to win a trip to Japan!! 

Here comes the best part: In regardless of the votes, 15 finalist would be chosen by the organisers and to be judged on a live show by Tsubasa HERSELF! Yes, girls! We all get to see Tsu-Chan in December!!! How cool is that?!

Due to this contest, Edris and I had demanded asked sweetly for a studio shoot from Symple AndMeek- Sam. I wouldn't say it was "super random" like all my other impulse shoots but still, it was decided in around 2 days. LOL.

For Sam, it was his first time having a studio shoot. He even rushed out to buy the equipment just for us! (Thank you so much!) The shoot happened at his house, and on the way there was this little issue that Edris and I encountered:
A stalker followed me (according to Edris) at the station she and I were suppose to meet and he alighted at the same station as us. The whole time, he was sitting opposite of us and (what I claimed but she denied) staring at Edris. Ok, that was not the scary part. The scary part was that he manage to follow us all the way to Sam' house and WE DIDNT EVEN REALISED IT! He was right outside when we were entering his house. Super creepy!
According to Sam's wife, he was loitering outside the house for hours, going up and down the stairs after pressing the lift etc. Edris was like super relaxed while I was freaking myself out. Talk about cool. LOL.

Anyways, we did our makeup in Sam's Studio/room for around 2 hours (sorry OTL) before we were finally ready for the shoot. It was such a cozy little family studio XD

What Edris wore was very similar to what Tsubasa wore during her shoot for Number 7 Vivid Pop lowerlash. See that vest she's wearing? That was mine which I wore for my Gothic Punk Shoot. She made it looked more...stylish! LOL!
What I wore was a completely different style from what Tsubasa did for her Number 8 Pure Little shoot. I just can't find a leopard print black dress in time ;A; So, in order to compromise the makeup she wore, Edris suggest I go with the Sailor Strip Shirt that I got from JcosmeLand FleaMarket, which I paired with a mini-skirt cum pants I brought there too XD

All the time while shooting this outfit, I kept saying that I looked "French" with the my beret. Thus, my attempt to make an unofficial trademark of the French-  Ze Moustache.

Sam kept saying that Edris should really cross-dress (which she was damn happy about) and that when we both paired up, we looked like a couple. LOL! We don't call ourselves the "Yuri Couple" for nothing. /Flipswig

Next, we switched style, this time with a matching leopard-print hoodie which we found in Bugis Street. Originally, Edris wanted to lend me her short wig and she herself would wear her long blonde wig. However, since the backdrop was white, everything just looks weird. So I surrendered the short wig and wore back my black curls. I have to say, the short wig really makes people look good. *0*

At that point of time, I was rather tired already. Hence all the pictures with me looking at the camera just doesn't feel right.

(Oh, I let my real hair out for volume btw, thats why you can see the straighter bunch in front :P)

I am really glad that I finally did a shoot with Edris, with her looking so modelish and with me looking more like her manager, HAHA! I wanted to post her solo pictures but I guess we should all wait for her to put it in her blog so as to stress her to create her blog quickly. 

Many thanks to Sam and his family for lending us their house for the whole day and sorry for any inconvenience caused. [Edit: add on] To his wife who made us nuggets and fried chickens and his kids for being so cute and lively! Thanks again to Sam and also his friend Frederick for driving us home after the shoot. It was a really fun and enjoyable!
